This organic Taiwanese GABA tea, harvested in spring 2024, is produced by the Su family. Grown at an altitude of 2000 meters, this pearl-shaped tea benefits from ideal conditions for its development. Thanks to the innovations of Grandfather Su, the family has cultivated this tea while preserving the biodiversity of the surrounding mountains and forests. Their approach is based on sustainable agriculture, free from chemicals, to maintain ecological balance while delivering tea of exceptional quality. GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid, is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that helps calm the nervous system. The GABA tea undergoes an anaerobic fermentation process that extracts this component, resulting in a tea with a unique flavor and benefits for alleviating anxiety, stress, insomnia, hypertension, and other ailments.
