Any order placed on THESTIMONY.COM online store implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. Therefore, the client acknowledges being fully informed that their agreement to these terms and conditions does not require a handwritten signature, as they wish to order products online as presented on the website.
THESTIMONY.COM reserves the right to save and modify these general terms and conditions, with such actions being solely under its responsibility. THESTIMONY.COM reserves the right to modify these general terms of sale at any time, with the condition that any changes are clearly communicated and made available on its website. It is therefore recommended that clients regularly check the latest version of the general terms of sale, which is permanently accessible on the site.
The term CONSUMER refers to any natural or legal person who purchases or uses products or services offered on the website solely for non-professional purposes. As a consumer, the client enjoys specific rights, which could be challenged if the products or services acquired through the website were linked to their professional activity.
The term PROFESSIONAL, on the other hand, refers to anyone who does not meet the definition of a consumer as outlined above

The catalog of products and their descriptions appearing on www.THESTIMONY.COM do not constitute a contractual offer in themselves. Consequently, simply filling out an order form on the site does not suffice to conclude a sales contract. The sale is only considered final upon receipt of the confirmation email. To ensure the client’s security and certainty, THESTIMONY.COM reserves the right to request additional information. If insufficient or inadequate responses are provided, or if THESTIMONY.COM deems the available information insufficient, the company may refuse to process the order. Furthermore, THESTIMONY.COM reserves the right to reject any order if it becomes apparent that the buyer intends to resell the products.
The contractual information will be confirmed by email no later than at the time of delivery.
THESTIMONY.COM will process your order subject to available stock or availability from its suppliers. Shipping times are 3 to 5 business days for Belgium and, as an indication, 3 to 10 business days for the Eurozone, except in exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, traffic problems, overloading of transport services, etc.). If, despite our best efforts, a product becomes unavailable after your order, THESTIMONY.COM will inform you by email and offer you the option to cancel or modify your order. The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are the client’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified on the website, and are calculated based on the information provided by the client regarding the delivery location. However, it is committed to honoring the prices that were in effect at the time your order was validated, except in cases of technical errors beyond our control that result in a sale at a loss.
Payments made on THESTIMONY.COM are secured by our payment partner Stitching Mollie Payments, ensuring the protection of your data and the security of your transactions at all times. The client guarantees to THESTIMONY.COM that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when placing the order. In the event of non-payment or a payment incident, THESTIMONY.COM reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order. Any new order will be suspended until previous payments are settled. THESTIMONY.COM may request a copy of your ID card and/or bank statement to validate a credit card payment.
Products purchased on THESTIMONY.COM are only delivered to the countries mentioned on the site (Eurozone). They will be shipped to the address provided during the order process. The shipping times indicated at the time of order are provided for informational purposes only and include processing and transit time. THESTIMONY.COM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (postal service, carriers). No refund will be made until the order is returned to the sender or delivered late. If a package is damaged, already opened, or contains missing or non-compliant items, please inform THESTIMONY.COM as soon as possible.
10.5 Return of Packages
If you are not present at the time of delivery and do not retrieve your package within 15 days, it will be returned to THESTIMONY.COM. The package can only be reshipped after the return is received, with additional costs at the client’s expense.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, no return of tea will be accepted. In the case of a defect or damage to an accessory (teaware or utensils) during transport, THESTIMONY.COM will cover the return costs. As with the law in force, we guarantee the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty for hidden defects.

Under no circumstances shall its liability exceed the purchase price of the relevant products. THESTIMONY.COM will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, even if these risks were known.
THESTIMONY.COM cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations resulting from force majeure, as defined by law (unforeseeable events beyond the control of the parties). In case of delay, THESTIMONY.COM will do its best to fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute the remaining stock of products among its clients fairly.
By placing an order, you agree that THESTIMONY.COM will process your data for order management and direct marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with companies involved in delivery or marketing campaigns but will never be shared with third parties unrelated to our activities.
THESTIMONY.COM will prioritize an amicable resolution of any disputes. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of the dispute, this contract is governed by Belgian law. In case of litigation, the competent courts will be those of Brussels, Belgium.
