Black Joongjak

A black tea with a thousand aromas. This exceptional organic black tea is the result of the passion and precision of Mr. Kim Sang-min, a trained biologist. Located in the heart of nature, in the township of Daap-myeon area near the Seomjin River that separates it from Hadong district, he has developed a unique method combining scientific knowledge with respect for the distinct characteristics of the local tea plants. Harvested just after the Sejak season, this black Joongjak tea is distinguished by a carefully controlled oxidation of 80% and a smooth, rounded, and captivating aromatic profile. It reveals its full richness when brewed at a low temperature (around 60°C), offering a deep, relaxing, and delicate tasting experience.
