It is a new offering from Mrs Nagao, a local enthusiast known for her expertise and deep knowledge of tea. Her production includes several major cultivars, which she does not blend, preserving the uniqueness of each tea to maintain their distinct characteristics and flavors. Unlike green tea, which is steamed, black tea undergoes an oxidation process.
